Field Supervisor

At Greenlight Ride, we don’t just transport passengers—we deliver peace of mind. As a Field Supervisor, you’ll play a critical leadership role ensuring our Field Associates consistently provide safe, timely, and courteous service. Your mentorship will help shape a culture of care, professionalism, and accountability throughout our field operations.

As a Field Supervisor, you’ll:

  • Lead by Example: Serve as a role model in the field and during classroom sessions, applying coaching techniques that reinforce our core standards of care and professionalism.

  • Train & Develop: Facilitate new hire onboarding, lead in-class instruction, and identify ongoing training needs. Document all completed training and checklists.

  • Coach in Real-Time: Offer “in-the-moment” guidance and performance feedback while in the field.

  • Evaluate Performance: Conduct skills assessments, spot-checks, and regular reviews. Provide constructive feedback through counseling sessions including commendations, improvement plans, or corrective actions as needed.

  • Foster Team Morale: Champion initiatives that boost employee satisfaction and reduce turnover. Promote a supportive, respectful, and high-performance work culture.

  • Promote Safety: Be a visible safety advocate. Understand and teach our Safety In Motion mantras. Actively contribute to improving operational and driver safety.

  • Stay Connected: Monitor all internal communication channels daily (email, ePRO, MDTs). Ensure alignment with main office teams and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth implementation of new business.

  • Uphold Standards: Fully understand and communicate Greenlight Ride’s mission, values, and four operational pillars.

  • Perform as Needed: Be ready to step into any field role as necessary and support all team members in achieving operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passion for coaching and developing others

  • Proven track record of excellence in safety, accuracy, and attendance

  • Flexible availability to support field teams across multiple shifts and days

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, MDTs, and field-related software (ePCR, emsCharts, etc.)

  • Knowledge of driver safety metrics and performance reports

  • Committed to upholding Greenlight Ride’s standards of care and safety

Requirements:

  • Valid Class D driver’s license

  • Clean driving record with no accidents or moving violations in the last 5 years

  • Minimum of 4 years of full driving experience

  • High school education or equivalent, Veteran's Preferred

  • Excellent customer service skills and a pleasant personality

  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility
